Is Shipping Only $15 Per Order?
Yes. Regardless of what you order, shipping is only $15.
Why is Shipping Only $15?
We at CustomShowroom.com take customer satisfaction seriously in our quest to become the premier Home Decor Catalog online. Due to the relationships we have with several of our suppliers, we are able to offer you a lower overall price by charging a shipping fee. We know, it sounds strange, but many manufacturers have minimum prices if you include shipping, and a different minimum price if you don’t include shipping. We can offer a lower price by including a flat shipping fee that is lower than the price if shipping were included.
When Will I Receive My Order?
Due to the nature of some of our designer and custom products, the total time to receive your package is typically 2-3 weeks. Ground shipping with care generally takes 7-10 days after receipt of your tracking number. Results will vary, depending on your location and the product’s origin. When ordering multiple products, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages at different times.
Can I Track My Order?
Yes, most of the time. You can expect to receive a tracking number via e-mail within 2-5 business days after your order has processed. You will then be able to view your product’s journey online, from the manufacturer to your front door.
Can You Ship Faster?
Please contact us for a quote if you require a more expedient shipping method. Due to the custom and specialty nature, as well as the size and weight of many of our products, expedient or overseas shipping will not always be available.
Can You Ship Outside of the Contiguous Unites States?
For shipping to locations outside of the 48 contiguous United States, please contact us at 800-618-8582 or email us at customercare@CustomShowroom.com with your desired home decor products and we will offer you a shipping quote.
Canadian residents may have an additional import/country tax applied to your order. We advise you to contact your local authorities for more information.
