Regardless of what your problem is, contact us. We will make it right, and that is our return policy. Due to some of our designers and manufacturers being a little picky, we would ask for your help. Please start by contacting us as soon as possible CustomerCare@CustomShowroom.com. Second, if the product was damaged during shipping, or assembly by one of our teams, please take pictures. Many of our expensive or large items are covered under insurance, and the pictures help us in filing our claims.
