Our Home Decor Catalog Return Policy

CustomShowRoom.com strives to become your premier Home Decor Catalog, and in doing so will deliver as promised. Due to the nature of many of our specialty and custom items, returns to the manufacture are not possible. If your product is damaged during shipping, we will exchange that product. You will be responsible for shipping the damaged product back to us in the original shipping carton.

Since customer satisfaction is our top priority, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, you have several options. CustomShowRoom.com is one of the few online retailers that offer you one of the best return policies in the industry. You may return your items within 5 business days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and restocking fees. Since our products come with free shipping, please be aware that if you return one of these items, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

In the event, that you want to return the item, you must contact us to arrange for the pickup of your item by one of our freight carriers. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your return. These returned items must be free of damage and in the original packaging for a refund to be given.
